WHO QUALIFIES TO BE A MEMBER? Household employees from Newborn Specialists, Nannies, Companions and Housekeepers to Household and Estate Managers join our AGENCY AND TRAINING PROGRAM. Whether you are just beginning this career or have many years of experience, you will benefit from this training and certification, this I guarantee 100%. HOW MUCH TRAINING IS THERE? You will receive all materials (training guides, DVD & exam) and a minimum of 3 hours of instruction in career development. You may also take additional training classes for $25.00 each. Each class is 4 hours long. Once you take the exam and receive a passing grade, we will issue you a Certificate of Training. DOES THIS GUARANTEE ME A JOB? Once you become a DOMESTIC CONNECTIONS graduate, you will be selected to meet household employers when the appropriate job meets your particular qualifications and expectations. All applicants who become graduates receive a professional portfolio and resume along with their own web page for visibility to prospective employers. This visibility can be viewed by anyone looking for domestic employees. WHAT WILL IT COST ME TO JOIN? All applicants, your only investment is $25.00 for the application, professional development workshop and exam OR $45.00 for the application, workshop, materials with exam & Certificate of Training (with passing grade). CAN I BUY THE MATERIALS AND TAKE THE EXAM WITHOUT TAKING CLASSES? Yes, you can buy the materials on line or at our offices and take the exam on line. Any applicant must take the exam to seek employment through Domestic Connections Agency. BENEFITS? - You will receive a professional resume and a certificate of training. You will also have a profile on our website to use to market yourself to clients. You will be a graduate and be considered for job placement.
